HMIS Agency Administrator Training

Hello and welcome to the HMIS Agency Administrator Training.

In this training, you will:

  • Understand your role as an Agency Administrator
  • Understand the process of submitting tickets to Help Desk
  • Learn how to train new HMIS users
  • Learn the annual agency audit process and how to prepare for the audit

This training should only be completed for users assigned the role of Agency Administrator or Back-up Agency Administrator by their agency leadership.  This training must be completed to be considered a certified Agency Administrator for your agency, and only Agency Administrators that complete this training will be able to submit requests for technical support from the HMIS Helpdesk.
