HMIS Coordinated Entry System (CES) Training

Welcome to the Clarity Coordinated Entry Training! This training includes instruction on the access point, matchmaker, and housing provider processes of the Coordinated Entry System in HMIS. This training must be completed in order to be given access to the Referrals page in HMIS.

This training should serve as an ongoing resource. You should log back in to this training to help you complete your HMIS data entry.

Please use the Clarity training site to follow along in HMIS as you complete the training. Contact your Agency Administrators to receive your agency’s user name and password for the training site. Do not enter any real client information in the Clarity training site.
